The platform devised for the second issue of this magazine, is the artist’s relationship with the Control Mechanism which governs our spheres of operation, also how they see their work feeding into society …… It is of vital importance that a platform exists outside of the old established mechanisms of the Art Hierarchy which allows for completely free discussion of concepts by the artist: this magazine is an attempt to provide this position.
